We offer a 30-day print guarantee for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 30 days with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund when eligible.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
